I think my order is Lost/Stolen
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end if your order is lost or stolen. We wish we could be more helpful but once we ship an order it is out of our control and in the mail carriers hands.

I placed an order, can I make changes to it?
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Orders are often packaged quickly, and once processing has begun, we may not be able to make changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee adjustments after an order is placed.

My order bounced back
Undeliverable Packages
If a carrier is unable to deliver a package and it is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the order (excluding shipping costs). Please note that carriers do not always provide us with a reason for the return.
Help! My order was damaged
We package all orders with care, but occasionally items may be damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, you can file a claim directly with USPS here.
Please also inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
I didn't receive a tracking number/order confirmation email
If you don’t see our email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder, it may have slipped in there by mistake. If you still can’t find it, reach out to us here and we’ll make sure you get your tracking number.
What is your return policy?
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Each print is handmade, so slight variations are part of the process and make every piece unique. I take care to ensure all prints ship with clean corners and edges, but if your order arrives damaged or does not meet these standards, please contact us by email here.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are often shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. You will receive a tracking number to track your package in transit. We ship orders Monday-Friday out of our studio in North Carolina. If you have specific order questions please reach out to us by email here.

I saw a print you posted on social media, but I can't find it on your site. Where is it???
If you saw something on our social channels but can’t find it in the shop, it could mean the print has sold out. Some pieces are restocked, while others are one-of-a-kind and won’t return. To stay in the loop, sign up for our email list and be the first to know when items come back in stock.
